• Lady’s Mantle may assist as an anti-inflammatory, mild diuretic, menstrual cycle regulator or to aid digestive discomfort. 
• A gynaecological herb traditionally used for heavy menstrual bleeding and vaginal itching. 
• May be beneficial as a mouthwash for sore throats, laryngitis or mouth ulcers. 
• Low intake of tea sipped after birth may assist uterus regain inherent tone.

Use ½ to 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water. Steep for 10-15 mins, strain and use up to 5 times daily for acute problems. Usual daily intake 3 cups. To make stronger, boil herb for a few minutes. Start using 10 days prior to assist painful menstruation. Half dose for children, not suitable for under 12’s.
