Each 10 g serve contains:

• Creatine monohydrate – 3,000 mg
• Glycine – 1,500 mg
• L-Arginine – 1,100 mg
• L-Citrulline DL-Malate – 1,100 mg
• L-Carnitine L-Tartrate – 1,000 mg
• Vitamin C – 40 mg
• CoQ10 – 15 mg

Vitamin C:

• Is necessary for normal connective tissue structure and function
• Is necessary for normal blood vessel structure and function
• Contributes to cell protection from free radical damage
