We lovingly handmake all our products on the beutiful Mornington Peninsula. Our certified organic ingredients are long soaked in filtered water and mineral rich, hand harvested Australian sea salt to mimic the sprouting process.

The ancient process of "activating" enhances digestion and nutrient absorption through removing a significant part of the toxins (such as phytic acid) and enzyme inhibitors that all seeds naturally contain as defence mechanisms.

Once activated, we dehydrate our products at low temperature to ensure the preservation of the raw nutrients. The dehydration enhances natural flavours delivering a crunchy and delicious taste.
