• Skullcap is prescribed for strengthening, calming and sedating the nervous system.
• Helps with muscular spasms, premenstrual cramps and muscle twitching.
• Relieves insomnia, night terrors and nervous headaches.
• Reduces high blood pressure.
• A tonic recommended for almost any nervous system ailment.
• Produces good cholesterol and reduces hardening of the arteries.

Cautions or Contraindication:
Start on a low dose and build up slowly. Not to be taken with pharmaceutical tranquillisers. 

Serving Suggestions:
1-2 teaspoons of herb, per cup of boiling water, steeped for 10-15mins, taken 3 times per day.

Add a little honey if it is too bitter for you or a little mint to improve the flavour.
